Conventional Anti-Static PP
For packaging applications requiring conventional static-control performance.

Anti-static polypropylene rolls for electronics and industrial packaging. Choose the grade, sheet dimensions and electrical target that fit your process.
Resistance matters, but so do humidity, storage and how the sheet behaves after forming. Start with the conditions your packaging must meet.

For packaging applications requiring conventional static-control performance.

A separate grade for applications requiring a more durable static-control approach.
Figures are from the respective PULIXIN TDS documents; surface resistance measured at 23°C ±3°C and 55% ±5% RH. Dimensions and colors are grade-specific and subject to order confirmation. “Permanent” is not a claim of unlimited electrical service life. Additive and conventional product labels require grade-level confirmation.
A value measured on flat sheet is a starting point. The environment and the thermoformed part tell the rest of the story.
Conventional grades can respond to temperature and moisture conditions.
Define how long and under what conditions static control is needed.
Forming changes sheet geometry and local wall thickness. Check finished parts when required.
Agree on test conditions, measurement locations and target values before supply.
Share the required resistance, humidity conditions, use period, and whether acceptance applies to the sheet or the formed tray. The supplied TDS values describe a defined test environment—not every production condition.
Where the final packaging must meet an electrical target, use a representative sample trial and agree on formed-part measurement locations. Neither unlimited life nor unchanged resistance after deep forming is claimed for these grades.
PULIXIN supplies the starting sheet and rolls for thermoformed packaging; finished trays shown here illustrate downstream applications, not finished goods supplied by PULIXIN.

For a thermoforming converter, clean surfaces and dependable thickness matter alongside the anti-static grade. The starting sheet has to work on your line—not just on a data sheet.
Tell us the resistance target, sheet dimensions and the type of tray you form. We can narrow down suitable grades and roll specifications.
TDS tolerances for these two grades: thickness ±0.02 mm; width ±2 mm. Confirm applicability for your order.

Describe what will be packed, how the thermoformed packaging is handled and which electrical conditions matter.
Anti-static PP is not interchangeable with every lower-resistance material. Explore our separate conductive PP specialty page for embedded and coated constructions.
Share your application, surface resistance target, thickness, width, color and expected volume. We can discuss appropriate sheet and roll options and sample requirements.
